Terms of use
Fleur de Rocaille provides the platform and administers the listings shown here. Payment and delivery are arranged directly between buyer and supplier unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing.
1. The platform
Fleur de Rocaille operates an online marketplace where approved suppliers publish products and services. We administer the listings, route purchase orders and keep records of subscriptions and commissions.
2. Supplier subscriptions
Suppliers pay $100.00 per year or $10.00 per month. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is switched off or a cancellation is submitted. Listings are hidden while a subscription is past due, suspended, cancelled or terminated.
3. Approval and moderation
Every supplier application and every listing is reviewed before publication. We may request further information, decline an application, or suspend a listing that is inaccurate, unlawful or misleading.
4. Orders and payment
A basket containing items from several suppliers is split into one purchase order per supplier. Buyers pay each supplier directly using the payment instructions on the purchase order. Suppliers are responsible for stock accuracy, invoicing, tax and delivery.
5. Commissions
Where a commission rate has been agreed, it applies to completed orders and is billed on a periodic statement. Suppliers confirm order values so statements can be reconciled.
6. Cancellation
Suppliers may request cancellation from their dashboard. A signed request with the agreed notice period is required; listings are withdrawn on the effective cancellation date.
7. Data and records
We retain application records, signed agreements, receipts, order history and platform notifications for audit purposes.
